Bring all banking information into QuickBooks electronically and classify the transactions once a week.

Answer any bookkeeping questions you have for 1 hour each month.

Reconcile all bank accounts, credit cards and loans.

Prep and review financial documents (Monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss by month & YTD, AR Report, AP Report, Ask Owner acct.), email them to you w/ Questions to discuss during our 1/2 hour remote meeting regarding the Financials.

 Regular Price package $880 per month

Special 15^th Anniversary Celebration pricing $616.00 for first 15 customers.

QuickBooks Customization Package 1: 

Basic Customization of Desktop or Online Software to include a review of preferences, chart of accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, automated banking hook-ups and current financials.  Also includes 2 hour meeting with client.(8 hours)
Does not include payroll or inventory review. $1020

QuickBooks Customization Package 2: 

Includes QB Package 1 

Plus training for up to 4 people at HLC office or Webinar. (4 hours) 

(Does not include payroll or inventory.) $1500 

QuickBooks Payroll Set-Up and training within QuickBooks Software: 

 Payroll Set-Up on QuickBooks Online or Desktop for up to 10 employees.  Also includes up to 2 hours of training/Support on how to enter new employees and process payroll. (8 hours) $900

HLC Payroll Processing: 

HLC Processing of Payroll including quarterlies and W-2 forms.  Call for a payroll quote.
